Open Lake Forecast for Lake Superior

For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak 29.9 inch trough will remain over Lake Superior
through tonight. A 30.2 inch high will move into central Ontario
Tuesday morning and will move a 30.1 inch ridge across Lake
Superior on Tuesday. This ridge will move into Lakes Huron and
Michigan by Wednesday morning while a trough averaging 29.9
inches will then slowly move into Lake Superior on Wednesday.
A high pressure system of 30.3 inches will shift into south
central Canada on Thursday. A 29.9 inch trough will move into the
upper Great Lakes on Friday.
