Open Lake Forecast for Lake Superior

For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...30.4 inch high pressure over northern Ontario will
build southeast and into the Great Lakes region Wednesday and
remain in place over the lower Lakes Thursday. A 29.2 inch low
will develop over western portions of Kansas by Friday morning and
track northeast toward Lake Superior on Saturday (weakening to
29.4 inches). The low fills to 29.8 inches on early Sunday morning
over eastern Lake Superior as it continues to spin northeast.
