Widespread showers and scattered thunderstorms will persist
through 1 PM across areas mainly to the east and south of a Morton
to Plainview to Memphis line. Rainfall amounts between 11 AM and 1
PM will mostly be up to 1/3 inch, but the heavier showers and
thunderstorms will be capable of producing amounts of 1/2 to 1
inch. Some small hail will be possible with the thunderstorms as
well.
