Scattered showers with a few isolated thunderstorms will move to
the northeast across the extreme southern Panhandle and the
northern Rolling Plains generally to the north of a Farwell to
Kress to Paducah line through 9 AM with rainfall amounts mainly
1/10 inch or less.

Showers and thunderstorms will approach the southern South Plains
or areas to the south of U.S. Highway 380 by 9 AM. Showers will
initially be light with rainfall amounts mainly 1/10 inch or less,
but thunderstorms with locally heavier rainfall could move into
the area as well.
