At 4 pm, scattered showers with isolated thunderstorms were
moving quickly northeastward around 30 mph across the southeastern
Texas Panhandle and northern Rolling Plains. Light rainfall
amounts of a few hundredths of an inch with winds gusts up to 50
mph will be possible with this activity.
