Through 630 am...scattered showers and thunderstorms will
continue to spread southeastward around 30 mph across the
extreme southeastern Texas Panhandle and Rolling Plains. Expect
brief moderate to heavy rain and wind gusts in excess of 50 mph
with the strongest storms. Additional rain amounts of a tenth to
half inch will be common.
