Through 8pm... Scattered thunderstorms and rain showers continue
to affect portions of the southeastern South Plains and southern
Rolling Plains. This activity is generally drifting eastward near
20 mph. There is a risk for some of these storms to become severe.
Those storms remaining below severe limits will be capable of
wind gusts to 50 mph and nickel size hail along with brief heavy
downpours.
