...COASTAL FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level in low
  lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in St. Marys County.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning, especially around the time
  of high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, water covers roads on Saint George
  Island, is in yards, and is approaching structures. To the
  east, inundation is occurring at multiple marinas off St.
  Mary`s River, Smith Creek, and Jutland Creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next two highs tide at Coltons Point are at 6:37 AM
  and 7:32 PM. The next two high tides at Piney Point are at 6:01
  AM and 6:56 PM. The next two high tides at Point Lookout are at
  5:15 AM and 5:41 PM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. If
travel is required, do not drive around barricades or through
water of unknown depth.

AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level
  expected in low lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in Anne Arundel County.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM EDT this afternoon, especially around the
  time of high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.2 feet, water begins to approach businesses on
  Dock Street in Annapolis. The City Dock parking lot is
  flooded. Compromise Street is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next two high tides at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy
  are at 9:30 AM and 9:26 PM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. If
travel is required, do not drive around barricades or through
water of unknown depth.

* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level in
  low lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in Calvert County.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM EDT this morning, especially around the
  time of high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.0 feet, water is expected to reach backyards
  near 9th Street in North Beach, and could approach 9th Street.
  At 3.0 feet, parking lots near Charles Street in Solomons
  begin to flood, with several inches of water covering low-
  lying portions of Charles Street and Williams Street.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next two high tides at Solomons Island are at 6:11
  AM and 6:29 PM. The next two high tides at Chesapeake Beach are
  at 7:56 AM and 8:22 PM.

* IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, water reaches yards near Cobb Island
  and docks near Dahlgren.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Indian Head is at 11:41 AM. The
  next high tide at Dahlgren is at 6:47 AM. The next high tide at
  Goose Bay is at 7:47 AM.

AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level in low
  lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in the District of Columbia, Arlington
  County, and the City of Alexandria.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM EDT this afternoon, especially around the
  time of high tide.

* IMPACTS...Shoreline inundation is expected along portions of the
  seawall adjacent to Ohio Drive and the Hains Point Loop Road and
  near the Tidal Basin. Water is expected to approach the curb
  near the intersection of King Street and Strand Street in
  Alexandria..

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Alexandria is at 12:13 PM. The
  next high tide at Washington Channel is at 11:55 AM.

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be

MORNING TO 3 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level
  expected in low lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in Southern Baltimore County and the city of
  Baltimore.

* WHEN...From 8 AM this morning to 3 PM EDT this afternoon,
  especially around the time of high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, flooding is occurring at the end of
  Thames Street in Baltimore. Water covers the promenade in the
  Inner Harbor in multiple locations. At 3.0 feet, water begins
  encroaching upon yards in the Bowleys Quarters area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Fort McHenry Baltimore is at 10:43
  AM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone

* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 5 PM EDT this afternoon,
  especially around the time of high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 4.5 feet, portions of the Havre de Grace Yacht
  Basin are flooded, along with Hutchins Park.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Havre de Grace is at 1:33 PM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
