A Flood Watch is in effect for the Baltimore/Washington/Annapolis metro area from 2pm this afternoon through Friday evening. Moderate to locally heavy rain may cause flooding of creeks and streams as well as urban areas. Elsewhere, localized areas of flooding of small streams and urban areas are possible tonight for portions of northern and central Virginia, and central and western Maryland. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday For the northern/central/western Maryland, eastern West Virginia, and northwestern Virginia as well as Loudoun County, a Flood Watch remains in effect Friday through Friday evening.
