This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Maryland portion of the
Chesapeake Bay, Tidal Potomac River, and adjacent counties in
central Maryland and northern Virginia as well as the District of
Columbia.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Localized areas of flooding of small streams and urban areas are
possible today and tonight for portions of northern Virginia,
central and eastern Maryland, and the District of Columbia. A
Flood Watch is in effect for the Baltimore/Washington/Annapolis
metro area from 2pm this afternoon through Friday evening. This is
for the potential for flooding from heavy rain.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

A Flood Watch is in effect for the Baltimore/Washington/Annapolis
metro area Friday into Friday evening for the potential for
flooding from heavy rain.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for eastern West Virginia,
northern and central Virginia, and central and western Maryland
with the exception of Garrett County.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A Flood Watch remains in effect today and tonight for portions of
North Central Maryland and Eastern West Virginia, the Shenandoah
Valley of Virginia and Western Loudoun County. Moderate to locally
heavy rain may cause flooding of creeks and streams as well as
urban areas. Elsewhere, localized areas of flooding of small
streams and urban areas are possible tonight for portions of
northern and central Virginia, and central and western Maryland.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

For the northern/central/western Maryland, eastern West Virginia,
and northwestern Virginia as well as Loudoun County, a Flood
Watch remains in effect Friday through Friday evening. This is
for the potential for flooding from heavy rains during this period.
