A Coastal Flood Warning is in effect for the shore of the tidal Potomac River in Washington DC through tonight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday A Coastal Flood Warning is in effect for the shore of the tidal Potomac River in Washington DC through Sunday.
