...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN GLASSCOCK...EASTERN
MIDLAND...SOUTHEASTERN MARTIN AND SOUTHWESTERN HOWARD COUNTIES
THROUGH 730 PM CDT...

At 643 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 18
miles south of Greenwood, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Garden City, Greenwood, Stanton, Lomax, Stanton Municipal Aiport, and
Spraberry.

This includes Interstate 20 between mile markers 151 and 163.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for western
Texas.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
western Texas.
