West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A high pressure center over the
northern waters early this morning, will move S into the central
areas later this morning, then over the S waters later this
afternoon and tonight then persist through Tue and Tue night. A
warm front will move across the N waters later this afternoon and
tonight. A cold front will push SE across the northern waters Mon
and Mon night then stall across the northern areas Tue. A weak
area of low pressure will move off the New Jersey coast Tue night
and move across the northern waters Wed, then pass E of the
waters Wed night while pushing a cold front through the central
waters Wed night and into the southern waters Thu and Thu night.
Weak high pressure will build into the N and central waters
behind the front Wed night into Thu night.

39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
