.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weakening cold front over the
central waters will become a remnant trough today and will drift
into the southern waters. High pressure will build E behind the
front today through Sat, then weaken Sat night. Another cold
front will move into the N portion Sat night, then slowly cross
the remainder of the waters Sun through Mon night. Behind this
cold front, stronger high pressure will build NE over northern
California waters on Tue. Please be advised that the USCG remote
communications facility at Cambria is experiencing technical
difficulties. Technicians are aware of the problem. We apologize
for any inconvenience.
