New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stationary front just S of
the waters along 38N early tonight will lift N over the region
as a warm front later tonight into Mon night. Deep low pressure
will move NE over New England later Mon through Tue night, then
move off to the NE Wed and Wed night. A strong cold front will
move E across the waters late Mon and Mon night. A low pressure
trough will drift SE over the waters Tue into Wed. A high
pressure ridge will pass quickly E over the area late Wed and Wed
night. A developing low will move NE over the southern waters
late Thu and Thu night, then move off to the NE Fri and Fri
night.
