.DISCUSSION...

Patchy freezing fog, locally dense, possible after midnight tonight
through the mid morning hours on Tuesday. Dry conditions expected
Tuesday and Wednesday. Minimum afternoon relative humidity values
on Tuesday will be in the upper 40s to lower 50s. Minimum afternoon
relative humidity values on Wednesday will span the 50s. An
approaching weather system will bring rain to the mid state region
Wednesday night through Friday. A dry first part of the upcoming
weekend looks to be in store for the mid state region.
The chance of rainfall will return to the mid state region
Sunday afternoon into Monday.
