.DISCUSSION...

There is a small threat for showers this afternoon in northeast
Washington and the northern Panhandle (10% chance), otherwise it
will be dry and mild. Dry and mild conditions stick around Tuesday
as high pressure builds. The warmth will slowly break down
Wednesday into Thursday bringing breezy southwest winds (30%
chance of gusts 30 mph or greater on the Waterville Plateau and
Upper Columbia Basin) and small chances for showers in the
Cascades (30% chance). Friday brings a small chance of
thunderstorms (15%) to Northeast WA, Spokane area, and the ID
Panhandle. Saturday brings additional small chances of thunder to
Northeast WA and the ID Panhandle.
