.DISCUSSION...
Decreasing clouds are expected throughout the day to sunny skies
by the afternoon. Temperatures will begin the morning near
freezing, particularly in the higher terrain within the Wichitas,
with relative humidity in the 70-80 percent range. Temperatures
will warm rapidly throughout the morning and reach the mid-50s by
the afternoon. Relative humidity will bottom out around 30 percent
and recover rapidly after sunset. Winds will remain steady out of
the northwest for most of the day, with sustained winds generally
around 10 mph and gusts remaining below 20 mph. Winds will switch
to northerly right around sunset and weaken.
