...The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in
Pennsylvania...

  Ohio River At Pittsburgh affecting Allegheny County.

.Heavy rains over our region over the past 48 hours has resulted in
river flooding along the Ohio river, including the Ohio River at the
Point in Pittsburgh. The Ohio River at the Point has crested at
about 3 am this morning at 25.72 feet. Flood stage at Pittsburgh is
25.0 feet. The river is forecast to slowly fall over the next 48
hours.
