...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Pennsylvania...West Virginia...Ohio...

  Ohio River At Pittsburgh affecting Allegheny County.

  Ohio River At Wheeling affecting Ohio and Belmont Counties.

  Ohio River At Pike Island affecting Jefferson OH, Ohio and
  Belmont Counties.

  Ohio River At Montgomery affecting Hancock, Columbiana and Beaver
  Counties.

  Ohio River At Hannibal affecting Tyler, Monroe and Wetzel
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement will be issued Saturday morning at 1100 AM EDT.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL TOMORROW EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Ohio River at Pittsburgh.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water begins to flow onto the Monongahela
  Parking Wharf.
  At 19.0 feet, Water begins to flow onto the North Shore riverwalk
  between the stadiums.
  At 19.5 feet, The Monongahela Parking Wharf is completely flooded.
  At 20.0 feet, Water is up to one foot deep in the lower areas of
  the North Shore Riverwalk.
  At 22.0 feet, The Tenth Street Bypass floods.
  At 22.5 feet, The fountain plaza is flooded.
  At 24.0 feet, Water enters the outer pool of the fountain.
  At 24.9 feet, Water enters the inner pool of the fountain.
  At 25.0 feet, The Parkway Central (also known as the bathtub) is
  closed by flooding. Lower North Side businesses are affected.
  At 26.0 feet, State Correctional Institution Pittsburgh is impacted.


* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:00 PM EDT Friday the stage was 24.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this evening
    to 25.9 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall
    below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to 18.0 feet
    Monday evening. It will rise to 18.1 feet early Tuesday
    morning. It will then fall to 17.5 feet Tuesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    25.8 feet on 01/26/2010.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT TO EARLY MONDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Ohio River at Wheeling.

* WHEN...From late tonight to early Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 34.0 feet, Sewers begin to back up in the lower end
  of Wheeling Island.
  At 36.0 feet, Flooding begins in the vicinity or 25th and Market
  Streets, 34th and Market Streets, 36th and Chapline Streets in
  Wheeling. Water covers the lower parking lot at the Wheeling
  Island Casino.
  At 36.6 feet, Wheeling Downs Racetrack on Wheeling Island floods.
  At 37.7 feet, Basement flooding begins in businesses along Main
  Street.
  At 38.0 feet, Portions of Jacob and Wood Streets, south of 43rd
  Street begin to flood. Wheeling island Casino has to be closed.
  At 39.0 feet, The southern tip of Wheeling Island including
  Wheeling Downs Racetrack and Gaming and Wheeling Stadium are
  flooded.
  At 40.0 feet, Backwater flooding begins to affect Main Street near
  the water treatment plant in Wheeling.


* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:30 PM EDT Friday the stage was 33.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 36.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight to a crest of 39.8 feet tomorrow evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage Sunday evening.
  - Flood stage is 36.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    39.5 feet on 01/01/1960.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Water reaches the fishing pier on right
  downstream bank
  At 37.0 feet, Low lying areas of Wheeling Island begin to flood.
  At 38.0 feet, Navigation suspended, lock out of service.
  At 39.0 feet, The well house and pump are flooded at the Fairway
  River Links Golf Course in Rayland Ohio.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:00 PM EDT Friday the stage was 34.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 37.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tonight to a crest of 41.1 feet tomorrow evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage Sunday evening.
  - Flood stage is 37.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    40.9 feet on 02/15/1966.

    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow
    evening.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 36.1 feet early Sunday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 35.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    35.6 feet on 02/18/2018.
