This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for east central Ohio, western
Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Two rounds of showers and thunderstorms Wednesday will reinforce
saturated conditions across the region. Any thunderstorm that
produces heavy rainfall could thus cause localized flash flood
concerns.

There is a marginal risk for severe thunderstorms Wednesday
evening. Damaging winds are the primary concern.

There is a slight risk for severe thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon
and evening. Damaging winds are the primary concern.

In addition, any thunderstorm that produces locally heavy rain may
pose a flash flood risk, especially in locations with prior
saturated grounds as well as low-lying, flood-prone areas.
