  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio and western Pennsylvania.

* WHEN...From this evening through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
