is 11 degrees which was set in 1923.  The average temperature was
56.8 degrees which is 5.3 degrees above the normal average
temperature of 51.5 degrees.  The maximum temperature did not exceed
90 degrees.  The minimum temperature dropped below 32 degrees on 1
day this period.  A total of 7.93 inches of precipitation fell
during the period which is 4.61 inches above the normal amount of
