Past 24 hour precipitation...
Widespread rain showers and thunderstorms swept across the region
during the past 24 hours. Moderate to heavy rainfall occurred
across many areas across the region. Rainfall generally ranged from
0.10 to 0.75 inches. However, there were bands of much heavier
rainfall with amounts ranging up to 3.20 inches.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from 0.50 to 1.50
inches across Eastern Ohio and Northern West Virginia. Across
Western Pennsylvania, basin average rainfall is forecast to range
from 0.25 to nearly 1.00 inches.

River trends...
Area rivers are expected to crest over the next 24 to 36 hours. No
river flooding is forecast.
