Past 24 hour precipitation...

A swath of heavy rainfall occurred in the Allegheny River
Basin yesterday evening. Rainfall totals of 1.50 to 2.00 inches were
average in this vicinity. However, isolated areas did receive 4.00
to 5.00 inches. The Monongahela River Basin and Ohio River basin
received on average 0.25 to 0.75 inches of rain.

Forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours...

Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from 1.50 to 2.50 inches.
Isolated regions may receive 2.50 to 3.50 inches.

River trends...

Rivers are expected to rise for the next 24 hours due additional
rain from thunderstorms.
