Higher amounts have fallen across the Muskingum and Monongahela
River Basins.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall and/or liquid equivalent of snow is forecast
to range from three-quarters /0.75/ to one /1.00/ inch.

River trends...
The district rivers are on the rise as the rain has developed over the
region and will continue through tonight.  Minor flooding is expected
along the Monongahela and Muskingum Rivers.
