Past 24 hour precipitation...
Trace amounts of precipitation occurred within the last 24 hours,

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from 0.25 inches to 1.00
inch, with highest amounts expected over the Ohio, Monongahela, Cheat,
and Youghiogheny river basins.  Lower amounts are expected across the
northern part of the region along the Allegheny basin.

River trends...
All rivers will continue to fluctuate, but lower through the initial
12-hour period.  Beyond that, one to three foot rises in the Ohio,
Monongahela, Cheat, and Youghiogheny basins are expected in response
to forecast rainfall.  Despite anticipated rainfall, all rivers are
expected to remain below Action Level.
