.DISCUSSION...

Low grade monsoon conditions are forecast for Tuesday with a
chance of thunderstorms for the higher elevations and just a
slight chance to the lower deserts of south-central AZ. Expect
better chances of precipitation for south-central AZ beginning
very early Wednesday morning and spreading in coverage to SE
California by the evening. Expect near normal maxTs on Tuesday to
drop below normal on Wednesday. Breezy westerly to southwesterly
winds are forecast for today with gusts of 15-22 mph.
