.DISCUSSION...
Dry weather with above normal temperatures will persist through
Wednesday. Winds will diminish through this evening and return to
the north-northeast overnight, remaining generally below 8 mph.
A return to upvalley southerly flow is anticipated around 9-10 AM
Wednesday morning with sustained speeds remaining below 12 mph
through 1 PM. Winds will become elevated with gusts up to 18 mph
possible through the afternoon. RH is expected to bottom out around
10-15% by 3-5 PM, falling below the 25% threshold by late morning
(approximately 10 am in response to reestablished southerly flow).
