* WHAT...Heavy snow. Snow accumulations of 8 to 18 inches with up to
  30 inches along the Sierra crest. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Greater Lake Tahoe Area.

* WHEN...From 11 AM Friday to 5 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
