This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

Elevated frost risk.
Elevated fire weather risk.

DISCUSSION...

Northerly winds and low humidity will create elevated fire
conditions this afternoon in areas with remaining dormant
vegetation.

Patchy frost may develop tonight across central Missouri as winds
become light and skies clear. Temperatures will drop into the
middle to upper 30s. Highest frost potential will be in the wind
protected and sheltered areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Frost looks to be then be more widespread in the wind protected
and sheltered areas Sunday night into Monday morning. Temperatures
will drop into the lower to middle 30s.

There is a 30 to 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms
Tuesday mainly across central Missouri.

Higher chances of showers and thunderstorms (greater than 50%)
return Thursday and Friday. Severe thunderstorms are not expected
at this time.

  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
