...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL SAN SABA COUNTY THROUGH
MIDNIGHT CDT...
At 1135 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Locker, or near Skeeterville, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
San Saba, Richland Springs, Algerita, Colorado Bend State Park,
Chappel, Skeeterville, Sloan, Regency, Harkeyville, Locker, and
Spring Creek.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 200 AM CDT for
