This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Puerto Rico.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

.Lightning...Isolated to scattered thunderstorms possible across
the local islands and coastal waters. Be aware of thunderstorms
in your area and be prepared to take shelter.

.Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small
streams, and washes. Isolated flash floods possible.

.Marine Conditions...Seas equal or greater than 7 feet across
the offshore Atlantic and Anegada Passage. Hazardous conditions
for small craft.

.Rip Currents...Life-threatening rip currents are possible in the
surf zone particularly along all the north and east facing
beaches.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday
Breezy conditions will maintain choppy seas across the regional
waters through most of the period. Life-threatening rip currents
and hazardous seas will persist through today. The proximity of
an upper-level trough and elevated moisture levels will likely
trigger an increase in showers, accompanied by isolated thunderstorm
activity, thereby increasing the risk of flooding through Wednesday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is encouraged. Please relay any information
about flooding, winds, waves, and rip currents to the National
Weather Service in San Juan.
