.DISCUSSION...High pressure continues to build across the area
today, producing largely drier, quieter conditions. Winds will
gradually back early in the night from northwesterly to westerly,
and will increase out of the west mid day Wednesday as a low
pressure system grazes by northern Utah. There is a 10% chance
that gusts exceed 35 mph. These winds will help to mix out the
column, thus the clearing index will be 1000+ for Wednesday.
