The nearby Sanborn RAWS station was reporting a temperature/dew point of 65/64 with a calm wind under patches of upper clouds this morning. Satellite imagery shows much of the fog and low stratus over the FL Panhandle & SE AL. This activity should lift within the next couple hrs with the burn site likely remaining unaffected. For today, low dispersions are forecast until about noon EDT when winds pick up out of the SE followed by the afternoon seabreeze inducing a southerly shift. Isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible, but the higher chances are to the north around I-10. Gusty, erratic winds with lightning would be the primary concerns. Otherwise, expect hot conditions as temperatures rise to the upper 80s, but feel closer to 90 degrees under mostly sunny skies.
