showers mostly southwest of a Tulsa to Fort Smith line. Showers were
heaviest in Okfuskee, Okmulgee and Haskell counties in Oklahoma.
Movement was to the southeast at around 25 mph. The average amount
where it rained last hour was less than one tenth of an inch with
maximum amounts of one tenth to one quarter of an inch. Coverage
decreased and intensity increased during the last hour. The Tulsa
area forecast for this afternoon, mostly cloudy, a chance of showers
and thunderstorms with temperatures 66 to 74 degrees and east winds
up to 10 mph.
