showers, some with heavy rain in Arkansas east of I49 and also east
of a Eufaula to Hugo line. They were most widespread and heaviest in
Leflore county in Oklahoma and Madison county in Arkansas. Movement
was to the east at around 35 mph. The average amount where it rained
last hour was less than one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of
three quarters to around an inch. Coverage and intensity decreased
during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for this evening,
mostly cloudy, temperatures 53 to 60 degrees with north winds 10 to
15 mph.
