PRECIPITATION AT ASHLAND WI...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR SEPTEMBER WAS 58.9 DEGREES WHICH WAS 2.2
DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 56.7 DEGREES. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE
FOR THE MONTH WAS 87 DEGREES ON THE 16TH. THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE WAS
31 DEGREES ON THE 29TH. NO DAILY TEMPERATURE RECORDS WERE BROKEN FOR
THE MONTH. SIXTEEN DAYS HAD AVERAGE TEMPERATURES BELOW NORMAL.

BEGIN THE MONTH IN THE UPPER 30S AND COOL TO THE LOW 30S BY THE END
OF THE MONTH. THE LATEST CLIMATE PREDICTION CENTER OUTLOOK
INDICATES THAT ODDS ARE TILTED TOWARD BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES
AND ABOVE NORMAL PRECIPITATION.
