THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR JANUARY WAS 14.5 DEGREES WHICH WAS 1.2
DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 13.3 DEGREES. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE
FOR THE MONTH WAS 47 DEGREES ON THE 26TH. THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE WAS
-18 DEGREES ON THE 14TH. NO DAILY TEMPERATURE RECORDS WERE BROKEN
FOR THE MONTH. ELEVEN DAYS HAD AVERAGE TEMPERATURES BELOW NORMAL.

CLIMATE PREDICTION CENTER OUTLOOK INDICATES THAT ODDS ARE TILTED
TOWARD BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND SLIGHTLY TILTED TOWARD ABOVE
NORMAL PRECIPITATION FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY.
