DULUTH MN...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR JULY WAS 69.1 DEGREES. THIS WAS 3.3
DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 65.8 DEGREES MAKING THIS THE 12TH
WARMEST JULY IN STATION HISTORY. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE FOR THE
MONTH WAS 89 DEGREES ON THE 8TH AND THE 14TH. THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE
WAS 49 DEGREES ON THE 27TH. NO DAILY TEMPERATURE RECORDS WERE BROKEN
