.SEPTEMBER 2018 WAS WARMER THAN NORMAL WITH BELOW NORMAL
PRECIPITATION AT DULUTH MN...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR SEPTEMBER WAS 59.1 DEGREES WHICH WAS 3.5
DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 55.6 DEGREES. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE
FOR THE MONTH WAS 81 DEGREES ON THE 11TH AND 13TH. THE LOWEST
TEMPERATURE WAS 30 DEGREES ON THE 29TH. ONE DAILY TEMPERATURE RECORD
WAS TIED FOR THE MONTH. ON THE 14TH THE RECORD WARMEST LOW
TEMPERATURE OF 63 DEGREES TIED THE RECORD SET IN 1877. ELEVEN DAYS
HAD AVERAGE TEMPERATURES BELOW NORMAL.

MONTH. NORMAL LOWS FOR THE MONTH BEGIN IN THE LOW 40S AND COOL TO
THE LOW 30S BY THE END OF THE MONTH. NORMAL PRECIPITATION FOR
OCTOBER IS 2.85 INCHES. NORMAL SNOWFALL FOR OCTOBER IS 2.3 INCHES.
THE LATEST CLIMATE PREDICTION CENTER OUTLOOK INDICATES THAT ODDS ARE
