REMARKS...

TEMPERATURES FOR NOVEMBER AT THE FARGO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT WAS
BELOW NORMAL AND THE PRECIPITATION FOR THE MONTH WAS ALSO A LITTLE
BELOW NORMAL.

TEMPERATURES WERE NEAR NORMAL FOR THE FIST WEEK IN NOVEMBER.
THEREAFTER AVERAGE DAILY TEMPERATURES FELL BELOW NORMAL FOR MUCH OF
THE REST OF THE MONTH. NOVEMBER 2018 AVERAGED 22.4 DEGREES AND WAS
6.4 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. NOVEMBER 2018 WAS THE TWENTY FIRST COLDEST
NOVEMBER ON RECORD. THE COLDEST NOVEMBER ON RECORD OCCURRED IN 1896
WITH A MONTHLY AVERAGE OF 10.1 DEGREES. NO DAILY RECORD HIGH OR LOW
TEMPERATURES OCCURRED DURING THE MONTH.

A LITTLE OVER HALF AN INCH OF PRECIPITATION /0.61/ FELL DURING
NOVEMBER AT THE FARGO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND WAS 0.39 INCH BELOW
NORMAL. NO DAILY RECORD PRECIPITATION AMOUNTS OCCURRED IN NOVEMBER.
