.Summary...
For Harrison, the warmest period came during the last ten days of
the month. For the first 20 days, with the exception of a day or
two, daily temperatures were as much as ten to near 25 degrees below
average. On the whole, the month was the coldest in four years. The
high temperatures, however, were the coldest in nearly two decades.

Precipitation was below average, but not by much. Nearly 70 percent
of November`s rain fell on the 30th. Snow fell for the first time in
three years, and it was measurable for the first time in four years.
Warmer weather returned at the very end of the month, though this
was quickly changing as we headed into December.

.Monthly Temperatures...
The average high temperature was the coldest since 2000. The average
low and monthly temperatures were the coldest since 2014.

.Daily Temperatures...
Daily temperatures were above average on ten days, below average on
19 days, and average on one day.

There were 13 days with low temperatures at or below freezing, which
was the most since 2014. There were three days with high
temperatures at or above 70, which was the fewest since 2013.

Even though rainfall was below average for the third November in a
row, this was still the wettest November since 2015.

On the 30th, the 2.57 inches of rain that fell marked the 9th
highest calender day rainfall on record in the month of November at
Harrison.

Snow fell for the first time in November since 2015, and it was
