...Data for Little Rock for November 2018...

.Summary...
There were scant few days of above average temperatures in November
at Little Rock. The majority of the month was rather chilly, with
the coldest period being the second and third weeks of the month.
During this time period, daily temperatures were anywhere from
around 10 to over 20 degrees below average. There was also
measurable snow for the first time in four years, and one day when
high temperatures stayed in the 30s. Warmer weather returned at the
very end of the month, though this was quickly changing as we headed
into December.

In terms of average temperature, this was the coldest November at
Little Rock in four decades. Both high and low temperatures were
significantly below the 30-year average.

Precipitation was scattered fairly well throughout the month, and
fell during each week. The heaviest occurred on the 30th.

Snow fell for the first time in November in four years, and it was
measurable.

.Monthly Temperatures...
The average high temperature was the coldest since 2000, and the
12th coldest on record. The average low temperature was the coldest
since 2014, and the 10th coldest on record. The average monthly
temperature was the coldest since 1976, and the 8th coldest on
record.

.Daily Temperatures...
Daily temperatures were above average on five days, below average on
24 days, and average on one day.

There were 12 days with low temperatures at or below freezing, which
was the most since 1991 and most recently tied 1950 for the 2nd
highest number on record for the month. Only November 1991, 1959,
and 1951 had more with 13.

There were only two days with temperatures at or above 70 degrees,
which was the fewest in November since 1947.
