THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH WAS 73.7 DEGREES, WHICH WAS
4.5 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. THIS WAS TIED WITH 1931 FOR 6TH WARMEST.
THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 82.8 DEGREES AND THE AVERAGE LOW
WAS 64.6 DEGREES (WARMEST EVER). THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE FOR THE
MONTH WAS 98 DEGREES, WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 17TH AND ON THE 29TH AND
THE COLDEST TEMPERATURE WAS 52 DEGREES, WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 4TH.

A TOTAL OF 4.42 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION FELL DURING THE MONTH.
THIS WAS 0.08 INCHES ABOVE NORMAL. THE GREATEST 24 HOUR

LA CROSSE WAS WARMER THAN NORMAL FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE. THE WARMEST
PERIOD OCCURRED FROM THE 15TH THROUGH THE 18TH...WHERE THE AVERAGE
DAILY TEMPERATURE RANGED FROM 8 TO 18 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. THE 29TH
AND 30TH WERE ALSO VERY WARM, WITH AVERAGE DAILY TEMPERATURES THAT
WERE 13 AND 10 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL, RESPECTIVELY.

DURING THE MONTH OF JUNE, PRECIPITATION WAS NEAR NORMAL. THE TOTAL
FOR THE MONTH WAS 4.42 INCHES, WITH MORE THAN 1 INCH OF ACCUMULATION
