.DISCUSSION...
High pressure at the surface will prevail much of the day across the
spot forecast area. Winds at ignition time are forecast to be from the
northeast at 10 to 15 mph with a relative humidity in the 45 to 55
percent range. The surface wind will gradually veer from northeast
at ignition time to east by late afternoon, but no significant
change in wind speed is expected. Relative humidity will fall to around
30 to 35 percent by late afternoon.
