9 PM CDT THIS EVENING FOR AREAS ALONG AND WEST OF A THROCKMORTON
TO SWEETWATER TO STERLING CITY TO OZONA LINE FOR VERY DRY
CONDITIONS AND GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS...
* Winds...Southwest 15 to 25 mph and gusty.
* Humidity...5 to 10 percent west of a Haskell to Sterling City
line, and 10 to 20 percent across the remainder of the area.
* Fuels...Dry.
* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended. Do not use outdoor
welding equipment and do not drive your vehicles in areas
where the grass or brush is high.
