Past 24 hour precipitation...
24 hour precipitation ranged from 0.50 inches to 2.00 inches
across the region, with heaviest amounts observed across the
Monongahela, Youghiogheny, and Allegheny River basins.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from a trace to 0.10
inches along the ridges in WV and MD as the remnants of Florence exit
the region early Tuesday.  Otherwise, minimal, if any precipitation
is expected through the 48 hour period.

River trends...
River levels have increased as a result of widespread precipitation
on the order of two to four feet.  River trends will continue to increase
in the near term period, with cresting occuring Tuesday afternoon
through Wednesday afternoon across most locations.  No rivers are
expected to reach Flood Stage, however a few locations are expected to
reach Action Stage.
