SOUTHERLY WINDS CONVERGING TOWARD A WEAK CIRCULATION WELL NORTHWEST
OF WAKE ISLAND AT 25N156E ARE CAUSING CLOUDINESS AND PATCHY SHOWERS
WITHIN 80 MILES OF A LINE FROM 21N157E TO 25N158E. CLOUDINESS AND
