...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT WESTERN ASHLEY COUNTY UNTIL 645
PM CDT...

At 616 PM CDT, Meteorologists were tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southeast of Moro Bay State Park, or 12 miles northwest of
Huttig, moving east at 30 mph.

Nickel size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with
this storm.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  West Crossett around 640 PM CDT.
  North Crossett around 645 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this storm include Blanchton.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
