This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest
Iowa...west central Iowa...east central Nebraska...northeast
Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Light snow this morning could lead to some slick roads in portions
of northeast Nebraska.

Freezing rain and light snow are expected to lead to slick roads
in portions of northeast Nebraska tonight into Sunday. A Winter
Weather Advisory is in effect from 1 AM through 1 PM.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday

There is a 5 to 10 percent chance of strong to severe storms in
portions of southeast Nebraska late Sunday afternoon into
evening. The main threat would be hail. Strong southeast winds are
also expected on Sunday with gusts up to 45 mph.

A band of moderate to heavy snow is expected to clip portions of
northeast Nebraska northwest of Norfolk Sunday night through
Monday. Slick, snow-covered roads are expected (60 to 80 percent
chance). There is also a 20 to 40 percent chance that a second
band of snow leads to snow-covered roads in areas between Norfolk
and Tekamah Monday evening into Tuesday. Strong northwesterly
winds gusting to 45 mph in northeast Nebraska could lead to
blowing snow and damage to trees and power lines.
