This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest
Iowa...west central Iowa...east central Nebraska...northeast
Nebraska and southeast Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight and Saturday

There will be chances for thunderstorms tonight. A few storms
could reach near severe limits, with hail and gusty winds, mainly
across eastern Nebraska, along and west of a line from around
Beatrice to Schuyler and Center tonight.

Thunderstorms should linger into Saturday. A few non severe storms
will be possible Saturday morning. Lightning will be the main
hazard during this time.  The chance for severe storms will be
increasing in the afternoon and that will last through the
evening. The main hazards during this time are expected to be
hail, strong outflow winds and locally heavy rain, but a few
tornadoes are also possible. The chance for tornadoes is mainly
for southeast Nebraska and the far southern parts of southwest
Iowa. Areas generally south of Interstate 80 are in an enhanced
risk of severe storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday night through Friday

A few thunderstorms may linger Sunday, then there will be chances
for storms much of the period from Monday night through Friday.

Spotter activation is not expected tonight, but may be needed on
Saturday afternoon and evening in some areas.
